Oh my goodness! This was only my second time on a cruise and I was planning a family trip for 10, including 4 children! Lisa Luciani was so patient and understanding as one situation after another would arise. She quickly resolved any issues and answered all of our questions. No way I could’ve survived this entire experience without her! She made it seamless and smooth, always communicating clearly and professionally. I found her to be kind, compassionate and genuine…a quality I highly value. I will definitely work with her again in the future. Planning this trip with Lisa was 100% seamless from the first contact. She tailored our vacation to our specific wants and needs. All communications and “next step” instructions were timely and clear. Lisa made sure we were on top of everything from travel insurance, required documents, and transfers to/from airport and port. Our Alaskan adventure on the Celebrity Edge was first rate thanks to Lisa. The ship was beautiful and we will definitely be booking another trip. Our trip was epic and l felt confident of all the planned details. We stayed at 12 different hotels and rode 6 different trains. All excursions were wonderful. Meals so good it required some self discipline and walking. Ms Luciani guided us through our options caused by a train delay. I breathed easier. The sights seen and people we met are hard to summarize. Everyone we told of our cross-Canada trip wished to do the same. Lisa made it happen. My heroine! Our awesome Cruise Planner Professional Lisa Luciani let me know about a great deal on Utopia of the Sea, and wow was it amazing. We just did a 4 day, 3 night, cruise, and took in everything we possibly could. Great shows, 3 pickleball courts (we’re addicted!), slides and water features galore, and just tons of opportunities to do so much! Even learn how to surf (we didn’t try). Everything on this cruise worked out perfectly for us and my friend who went with me is now taking her family of 10 on this same ship (and through the same Cruise Planner Professional) which speaks volumes for Cruise Planners, Lisa, and Utopia!
